Shelley Takes Part in Aerobathon for Cancer Research UK
Shelley is keeping fit and helping local charity with an all day Aerobathon for Cancer Research UK.
The Aerobathon has been organised by Jill Clewes Dance Academy, where Shelley trained for several years before attending Laine Theatre Arts. Shelley says, "It's great to do something worthwhile and have fun at the same time."
As a result, Shelley has caught the fitness bug and can be found running up and down hills and doing press ups in the rain at 6:30am... Boot Camp here we come!
